Meanwhile Director of PT Brahmayasa Bahtera (a joint venture of Astra Property and Hong Kong Land) for Anandamaya Residence, Kurniawan Kasudarman said, Anandamaya Residence had been handed over to consumers since late 2018. “At present, around 20 percent of the total 509 units have been inhabited in two towers,” said Kurniawan. Eleven awards were won by Astra Property namely, Best Emerging Developer, Best Luxury Condo Development (Jakarta), Best Housing Development (Jakarta), Best High Rise Office Development, Best Hi End Condo Architectural Design, and Best Housing Architectural Design (Jakarta). Then, Best Luxury Condo Interior Design, Best Condo Landscape Architectural Design (Jakarta), Best Housing Interior Design, Best Housing Landscape Architectural Design, and Best Condo Development.
