Property developer PT Intiland Development Tbk (Intiland) began construction of a South Quarter Residence (SQ Res) apartment in the TB Simatupang area, South Jakarta. The value of this project is estimated to reach IDR 2 trillion.
Intiland’s Director of Business Development, Permadi Indra Yoga said, the construction of the SQ Res apartment was an important stage for the company in developing the South Quarter area. The construction of the SQ Res apartment complements the concept of developing the South Quarter as a modern integrated office area of 7.9 hectares
“SQ Res Apartment complements the concept of developing the South Quarter area as the best area for work, living and activities. We will present modern residential facilities that are comfortable and become part of a business community and modern lifestyle,” said Permadi Indra Yoga, after the groundbreaking event.
This SQ Res apartment occupies an area of 1.3 hectares, which will stand two apartment towers as high as 21 floors. Each tower provides 366 apartment units, so that a total of two towers are available as many as 672 apartment units of various types. “We estimate the value of this project to reach Rp 2 trillion,” Yoga said.
SQ Res, continued Yoga, provides several types of dwellings such as, type 1 bedroom (1BR) is the smallest type, then type 1 bedroom plus study room (1 + 1 BR). To meet the needs of a wider apartment, Intiland provides a type 2 bedroom (2BR). To meet broader residential needs. SQ Res has a Dual Key type with an area of up to 117 m2. For this Dual Key type, the company only provides 42 units per tower, or a total of 84 units.
“The company offers apartment units starting at Rp 1.5 billion for the type of single bed. For the largest type of unit, the Dual Key with three bedrooms is marketed starting at Rp 4.8 billion,” Yoga added.
Yoga explained as a residential facility, SQ Res was developed with the theme of Oasis in the City. This concept offers a modern resort-style residence and is equipped with facilities and comfortable areas to socialize, relax, and gather with friends or family.
SQ Res is also equipped with various best facilities, ranging from sports facilities, such as swimming pools, jogging tracks, fitness centers, restaurants, cafes, multimedia rooms, library rooms, meeting rooms, children’s play areas.
